Bag Care guide

When not in use, stuff and store your bag in a cool, dry place and in the protective dust bag and gift box, if provided. This will minimise scratches, snags and pulls that can occur when bags are stored next to other items, as well as ensuring your bag remains clean and dust-free.

Please be aware that darker coloured leathers can transfer onto lighter fabrics or clothes and mark them. Dark coloured fabric dyes (such as denim) can transfer onto lighter coloured materials. Always take care to prevent this. Colour transfer in this way is not covered under the Lulu Guinness care policy.

Buckles and lip studs are tough but may eventually wear over time and cannot be replaced or repaired. Customers must avoid scratching against any surfaces. Hardware is packaged wrapped in clear plastic to avoid scratching in transit. Remember to remove the wrap prior to use!

All of our products have a 12-month guarantee which covers defects in workmanship and materials. If within this period you detect a fault with your item, you can send it back to us for a replacement or a refund (upon evaluation). Learn more about our guarantee here.
