Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to dispatch within 72 hours of payment being cleared. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday and dispatched within 72 hours.  Orders outside of the UK or EU may be subject to additional local taxes or duties fees which are not covered in the total cost of your purchase.

UK RETURNS
Returning your items to us is free and fully tracked in the UK. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from your order date. Please note that returns made outside of this period will not be accepted. Your statutory rights are not affected.

EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
